IPERF for Windows interoperates with any version of Iperf2, including Linux and even Raspberry Pi. The latter is an excellent endpoint for remote locations, with the rich set of linux capabiliteis. In this particular example we run iperf Server on Raspberry Pi, and Client on Windows laptop:

Five threads of 20M fill up the 100M pipe, with no packet loss as reported on Raspberry side:

Same results in opposite direction, when Server was on Windows laptop, Client on Raspberry Pi:

 

This is probably the best mode of operation - to draw the results from remote locations on the central iperf Server.
